Order Policies

  • Minimum order quantity is 30 sets per brand.
  • Orders must be confirmed with 50% upfront and the other 50% before shipment
  • All orders are subject to availability.
  • Buyer must sign all orders.
  • Once orders are confirmed we will not accept cancelations.
  • A Tax ID number is required in order to release the goods at customs.
  • As soon as your order is confirmed please let us know of any special instructions to deliver: special requirements for the invoice, certificates of origin, forwarder information, etc.

Payment Terms

  • We require full prepayment of your orders in order to ship.
  • Payment can be done either by wire transfer or with credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express only.
  • For credit card payment, please authorize through your bank ahead of time as all payments are processed from Colombia.


  • The buyer is responsible for all the taxes and duties at Customs in order to release the goods.
  • Our preferred carrier is FedEx. We have special customer agreements with them. However, upon request, we can ship UPS, DHL or any selected carrier using your own account.

Return/Exchange Policy

  • W BRAND FACTORY allows 7 days for customer inspection. After this period no returns will be accepted for any reason.
  • W BRAND FACTORY does not return or exchange merchandise except for defective items.
  • Any merchandise claim must be submitted within seven days of receipt. You must provide a picture of any damaged package and item along with the supporting documentation.
